(2) What information do we collect?
We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

(f) when using any of our contact forms, we collect your email address, name and optionally your telephone number. We only use this information to contact your with regard to your enquiry. We have other forms which enable you to request quotes from us for golfing services. We will collect your name, email address and telephone number. We will also collect other information regarding the services you require a quote for. We only use any of this information to contact you regarding your quotation and to provide you with your quotation.
(g) when requesting Tee Times via our Tee Time Request form, we will ask you for non personal information pertaining to the course(s) you wish to play along with how many player. We will also ask you personal information such as your first and last name and email address. We also optionally ask for your telephone number. Other non personal information we ask for is you date of arrival and departure and also where you will be staying. You may also optionally give us special instructions regarding your request.
(3) Cookies & tracking
A cookie is a file containing an identifier (a string of letters and numbers) that is sent by a web server to a web browser and is stored by the browser. The identifier is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables the web server to identify and track the web browser.

We use social media applications to allow visitors to use social media with out website. These applications are third party solutions which connect our site and our visitors to Social Media platforms. These platforms may employ tracking technologies which are external to our site and therefore beyond our control.

Our servers are based in Canada, so your data is stored outside of your country of residence and outside of the European Economic Area. All reasonable precautions are however taken to protect your data.
